Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Retrac Chapter 2 Season 4 and player support.

What is Retrac?

Retrac is the OG Fortnite project that lets you relive Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4, also known as Stark Season, for free. Retrac runs its own dedicated servers worldwide with OG movement and the original loot pool, exactly how you remember it.

Where do I download the official Retrac launcher?

The only official Retrac Launcher download is on retrac.site or our official discord server. Press the download button on the home page to get the latest signed installer. Any Retrac download from another website, unofficial Discord server or video description is unofficial and should not be installed.

Is the Retrac launcher safe?

Yes. The official Retrac launcher is signed with an EV Code Signing Certificate issued by DigiCert, and every update is manually reviewed by security analysis teams before release. Retrac never asks for your Epic Games password and does not communicate with Epic's servers.

What is the refund policy for Retrac memberships?

As outlined in the Retrac Terms of Service agreed upon at checkout, all digital passes, priority server queue memberships, and in-game entitlements are strictly final sale and non-refundable once issued. No refunds are available for active orders.
